That was very strong to resist the urge to cut. I was recently diagnoses with BPD and you really should check it out. I'm on Paxil and Seroquel, but still don't have the strength to not self injure. I have been reading as much as I can find on line about BPD and SI and have seen several people claim that people with BPD or PB should avoid benzos because they can make the symptoms worse (has anyone else read that?) Be careful, stay safe.
