First off, my meds:
Cymbalta 60mg
Wellbutrin XL 300mgI just stopped taking 100mg of Provigil, because that and the Wellbutrin together were just too much: I was moving my feet and lower legs all the time, and starting to do those things with my mouth that I used to do when I still did speed. Not Good. And despite the overstimulation, I was still not really able to do much productive stuff. (Maybe some residual depression?)
Now, though, although I'm a bit less tense, I find that about noon every day, I hit such a wall I have to lie down for a while. Then, again, at about 5 or 6 PM, I have to lie down again. I don't always sleep, but I have to rest, kinda doze or even just lie there with the TV going. It's really starting to get bothersome for me, because I feel so rotten about myself when I get nothing done, and I'm getting NOTHING done these days.
Now, there are certainly some situation stresses going, but nothing that hasn't been going on for a while now. (Over a year, so nothing new.)
Can anyone suggest whether it's one of the meds I'm taking, or if there's something that might help with this without hyping me up too much?
Thanks.
