I know it sounds nuts...You should see how weird it is where I had it done. It's like a mill. We're talking 20 people every morning Mon/Wed/Fri. Once people get to the maintenance stage and they are in remission you see them talking about their kids with the anesthesiologist or laughing with the psychiatrist just before getting electricity shot into their head! It's surreal, but I will say I've seen people in there start off 'wishing' they could be depressed like us. They are totally off the wall. And after 6-8 treatments they aren't even depressed.
Totally weird.
