The Antipsychotics u listed are the newer ones, the atypicals are not the older ones. I was on them for years and developed Tardive Dyskinesia. It does happen, and I know two other people that have developed tardive dyskinesia from atypicals aswell.

I was also on them mainly for OCD.
Im not saying no one should take them, but the risk is real and it can be bad. Permanent dystonia and tardive akathesia are also other problems that can occur. Ive had many problems with akathesia that also lasted for a long time even after stopping the AP's, i had to take benztropine for a while to help with this.
Take care

Effexor was the most effective a couple of summers ago, but I thought I could still feel better if I tried something else.

Some people take them for years and years with no problems -- and these are the older antipsycotics which are supposed to be worse!
