Ok, I have been given Ativan for situational anxiety. I have been prescribed Xanax and Valium. I think Xanax works the best for claming my nerves, but for sleep I would have to say Valium. I currently take Dexedrine and Lunesta and I would have to say Lunesta has a benzo effect. I take the Dex early in the morning, but I find that I do not wind down until early evening.
What's worked best for you?
