I didn't have it prescribed for OCD. Rather anxious, ruminative depression. (Possibly a mixed state?) It help in terms of the energy department. However, my ruminations and anxiety got worse. It also amplified whatever OCD tendencies I had into full-blown OCD.

Just my experience, but it looks like a lot of other people posting feel similarly. Wellbutrin plus an SSRI actually made it worse for me. I haven't every tried an SSRI alone, though, and I've heard they generally work (in conjunction with CBT) at higher doses than I was on.
