I would say that Wellbutrin is not a good medication for OCD.

Generally the best medications for OCD are serotonin enhancing medications, wellbutrin has no effect on serotonin.

Wellbutrin may even make OCD tendancies worse due to its ability to enhance dopaminergic and noradrenic function.
