If you search posts by SusanC she kept a journal here and didn't find it of much help. The only thing I can say in Keppra's defense is that it worked remarkably well and consistently well for sleep. Downside.. it seemed to worsen irritability. But, I've recently found SSRI discontinuation to nearly eliminate dysphoric episodes... so I may have been blaming Keppra for something that citalopram was causing...
