D, does your family understand your illness? The thing with mania is it gets out of control very quickly and then you are no place to make any judgements.
Call your pdoc tomorrow. Tell him you want a real mood stabiliser.
How old are you?
Check in tomorrow and let us know how you are doing, okay?
