This side effect was probably akathisia. Lexapro can also cause akathisia. Did Lexapro cause similar side effects to Compazine?

As well as considering the possibility that Lexapro may have induced a mixed state, I also think that it is worth considering the possibility that what you experienced was a form of akathisia.
