The reason you get tired and don't feel well the next day is your body is going through changes. Give it time. On the other hand though...what works for one person doesn't always fall true for the next. If you got that tired from just a short walk...it means you're not even close to being healthy...assuming, phyisically, you're okay of course. Talk to your Doctor, get a check-up and if everything is okay, set some small goals. I swear in a couple months you'll look back and will be amazed at your progress.
