Hi Kara,

You'd probably find lofepramine very stimulating!
It causes just as much tachy as desip but is less likely to cause arrhythmias in overdose. It is less toxic in overdose because the enzyme that converts lofep to desip gets saturated if a very high dose of lofep is given, this limits the amount of desip that can be formed.
