its nearly 10pm 8 hrs since i took 18mg of effexor.. i am feeling very anxious and agitated grrr and kind of panicky ... shall i take some valium ? shall i stop the effexor? i dont know what to do... is this normal to feel this way when starting ad's ?
any imput?
