Ok this is day 3 ....i havent taken my effeor yet i shall do soon just wanna wake up a little and make sure i got thigns to do to use my adrenilin up from panicking ..
its making me very anxious to the point where i am climbing the walls with anxiety :-( will this pass ?
I am only on 18mg of it i must be sensitive ..
I have taken 2mg val friday night 2 mg yesterday morn 2 mg yesterday afternoon and 2 mg last night was still kind of anxious lastnight.. i woke up this morning quite wide awake but tired if u get me ? like i has speed the night before?
I took 2mg val as soon as i got out of bed maybe i should take another 2mg in a minute ? to make sure my anxiety is limited cus i freaking over seritonin syndrome .. i know thats weird but thats my obsession at the mo..
ok i need to pluck up some courage to take this 18mg of effexor for today ...
Another thing i dont feel like smoking, eating, or coffee, which i luv to do all them.. and i feel kind of erm agitated/anxious ...
any imput?
