The only reason you would want to take it all in the morning that I can think of would be to minimize insomnia, but I think a person would be better off just utilizing some kind of sleep aid in that situation. The truth is that splitting the dosage into at least two parts (staggering it throughout the day would be even better) will help spread out any stimulant effects of the drug, allow more efficient MAO inhibition, and as mentioned, decrease the risk of spontaneous hypertensive crisis. I would advise not taking the drug too late in the day, though, as this may tend to exacerbate insomnia problems.
That's the theory, anyway. As I will be starting this drug tomorrow, I will have to see how my own experience compares.
