It will also help with hypotension if you suffer any. Is the fatigue worse around 4:00pm? I found that many of Parnate startup side effects abated over time. I would not discount this possibility with the daytime sedation. The full antidepressant potential for Parnate is not usually realized until dosages of 40-60mg are reached. If the stuff works for you, and the daytime sleepiness persists, try Provigil.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've tried drinking Red Bulls and even added in Adrafinil. Still fatigue and muscle weakness. I have no trouble with insomnia. I think I'm going to give up on Parnate as I can't handle this type of side effect category. The dry mouth and initial anxiety I can ride out but the fatigue and weakness is too much. Maybe I my body reacts different to Parnate than most.
