hello there, chemist here....i was taking 30 mg/day (divided) parnate for about 1.5 years: i found it to be quick in anxiety relief, and a few weeks (~ 4 or so) before the antidepressant action kicked, full-force. i did not experience the effects you have: perhaps a slower titration is called for, in consult with your doctor? i am assuming no other meds on board - please correct me if i am mistaken - and thus you might be feeling the brunt of parnate's action in full. can you supply any additional information? all the best, chemist
