keeping alot from my therapist because.......

Hi everyone, need major direction and major advice here. I have been in therapy for over a year. My therapist dx me FINALLY, when I knew something was 'wrong' w/me my whole blasted life!!
with angoraphobia under lying depression.
The think is I have never told the therapist, or the pdocs that have talked to me that I am parinoid but I always deny hearing voices.......I am so affraid of having that on my 'record' because I am a non custodial mom and if that is documented.......i have a bad feeling I will never ever NEVER get my kids back. even though I have joint.
ANY AND ALL ADVICE and DIRECTION NEEDED ASAP!!!
