EffexorXR and knowing when to come off it

I have been on EffexorXR for about 6 months. I am on 113 Milligrams. I was just wondering when I should know when I dont need it anymore. Sometimes I feel like I dont need it and other times I dont. I dont want to be on it if I dont need it. When do you all know when to come off your meds? Thanks for the help...
