Huh? I thought everyone has a song stuck in their head at all times? Don't tell me that's just me...I do listen to a lot of music, but if you ask me what song is in my head right now, I'll always have an answer. So now I have OCD? Great.
"Getting music stuck in your head can be a sign of obsessive-compulsive disorder, too, I think. I often wonder if my "hypomanic" episode (which resulted in my being DXd as BPII -- so never again anti-depressants without mood stabilizers, and I struggle with this DX) was really anxiety coupled with obsessive-compulsive behavior (I have since received an OCD DX, too.)
Maybe anti-anxiety drug/therapy would be worth exploring, instead of anti-depressants? Else, yes, I'd say you need a mood stabilizer, too."
