Good EMDR therapy is worth every penny for PTSD and will blow pharmacotherapy out of the water. I suggest you drastically increase your Neurontin dose if you want relief through drugs. Great options are marijuana or MDMA with psychotherapy (I am totally serious), but you're not going to find a practitioner using that, heh.
Other things that are promising are valproate, carbamazepine, and tiagabine--and probably more. I'm not too familiar with this disorder, but I know that my girlfriend had PTSD and got complete remission with something like 3 months of EMDR therapy. And the bonus was that she actually felt CLOSURE instead of just drug effect.
