I think that raising the Lexapro dose to 20 mg would help with your anxiety. I take 30 mg and it works well for my anxiety as well as depression.

If that fails, you might want to see if your doc will give you Strattera (I can never remember how to spell this drug). It's for ADD, but it calms people down.
