I started Remeron 2 nights ago for Atypical Depression. I have been taking Wellbutrin SR (200 mg) and Provigil (to combat hypersomnolence I've had for years). Has anyone else just started with Remeron and feeling the effects? I have some pain in my arm and wrist that feels like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome might feel, and yesterday I fell in the shower due to dizziness. Today, I feel great...I'd love to know someone else out there is trying this med out, too....
