I found out that a friend of mine is also taking Lexapro. She said that she, too, is craving chocolate and is trying her best to give in only once in a while. My doctor told me that I may gain or lose weight by a few pounds, but after 3 days on the Lex, I have no appetite at, which in a way is a good thing. The bad thing is that I'm a diabetic and have to eat.
