Increased Lex Last Night

Hi,
I really appreciate everyones feedback to my post about increasing my dose. Last night I took 15 mg. I was so nervous that I put my bottle of Lorazepam next to my bed with a glass of water. But, I slept pretty soundly. I'm a little out of it today but not depressed or anxious...and I'm in a good mood. I hope everyone else is having a good day!
