Hi! I forgot to respond and say thanks! I have Outlook on my email. It has a calendar with a reminder system. I get meeting reminders all the time. So, I put a recurring message to remind me to take my pill. So far, it's worked!
Taking the 2 wasn't so bad - I did have a higher heart rate for awhile, was a bit nauseous, wired feeling but so sleepy I thought I'd have to ask my husband to drive me home. I certainly slept better that night than I ever had before!
