Keep in mind that the symptoms you are describing are also classic symptoms of depression...it is common for people to perhaps have their depression get a little worse at first when starting lexapro..if lexapro is the med for you then as your depression subsides the mornings will get better...

> I will try. I do have a habit of waking up and laying in bed for quite a while trying to fight it with no luck. I just want to go back to sleep and feel better but I can't stop the racing thoughts.
