Is it just getting up that's hard? I get up, but then I feel awful for a while until the medicine seems to kick in--irritable, angry, sad, frustrated. Also, I'm at 15mgs right now, and I feel worse, although I do feel a lot clearer headed, more able to be sexually responsive, and more able to prioritize and concentrate on 25 mgs PaxilCR. Any insights here?
