there was a time in my life in which I suddenly was no longer able to concentrate, whatsoever. And because I had previously witnessed the beneficial effect that stimulants can have on the ability to concentrate, I assumed that this, again, must be due to "tolerance" and "requested" higher doses "until it works again".Literature says:
no therapeutic effect & no side effect --> increase dosage until either therapeutic effect is reached and/or side effects occur at which point one has to consider decreasing the dosage or switching meds.Literature also says that setting minimum and maximum dosages of any med undermines the very purpose of pharmacotherapy to begin with.
I have seen ppl who eat barely 3 sandwiches a day and are obese, while I can eat 3 very full plates and will not gain a kg.
