My mom started on Strattera & had a negative reaction to it. They then put her on Adderall (which I am on) 20 mg./2x per day. You may just require a higher dosage of Adderall--may I ask if you are taking it for ADHD, ADD, Narcolespy? My mom and I both have ADHD. Anyway, I have heard that Dexedrine works in certain individuals when Adderall does not (?). You may also want to ask your pdoc about Ritalin, as it's chemical structure(s) are different from Adderall, and likewise, everyone's (chemical/genetical, etc.) make-up differs. I would ask your pdoc for all options available--& don't get discouraged--keep trying! There are lots of options out there. I have heard quite a few negative reactions from people who have been on Strattera; however, I am sure it has worked for many. Like I said, we are all different, and we must seek out the best treatment for ourselves as individuals. Best of luck!!
> I first started on Straterra, they moved me up to the highest dose, nothing. Then switched me to Adderall 10mg/3xday. Still nothing, nada, goose egg.
