Hi.
Moclobemide can be a very disappointing drug. Of course, there are success stories. Moclobemide has a tendency to "poop-out" after only a few weeks. It very often produces an improvement during the first week at low dosages. Thereafter, it takes higher and higher dosages to recapture the antidepressant response. It is a perfectly reasonably choice of drugs, but I think it is important to keep in mind that some people need as much as 900mg to obtain a sustained response. One thing nice about moclobemide is that it usually produces few side-effects.
Good luck.
