I wouldn't worry too much however about TCAs- they have a preety safe history- although spontaneous death due to cardiac toxicity has been noted (much less than with conventional antipsychotic though). NMS is also a risk with the TCA, Clomipramine. Some other probs I can't remember now. But, as stated, they are preety safe and proven over the long run.
