I wish you lots of luck...it is hard at first with the insomnia and the akathisia, but I am happy to report that I have it all under control now and I couldn't be happier..I too am on Topamax as well, and for my opinion, if we waited for approval on all these meds from the FDA..all of us would be suffering! leslie
