Hi!
I am not sure I have a "magic pill" for you, but here are some of my experiences:
Magnesium/Potassium/Calcium/Zinc (with a greater Mag to Cal ratio than most supplements, at least 50/50) has been VERY beneficial to relax and curb panic, especially the heart pound that can result from all those panic-induced stress hormones.
Inositol is fine for depression but activating (has the potential to create more anxiety). Lecithin is a good supplement to take which contains Inositol but seems to work better as an anxiolytic. I usually feel an immediate anti-anxiety effect, within an hour.
Also, digestive enzymes such as Bromelain or Papain (the former from pineapple, the latter from papaya) for GAD-induced digestive disorders.
Note: I do not take these supplements alone, but with pharma meds!
Good luck,
jflange
