Hi Books- I've been on Lex for about 3 weeks now and started out on 10mg. I too, get sleepy after taking my med. I don't become lethargic or anything just a little sleepy as you describe. For this reason, I take it at night. Anyway, I would guess that the sleepiness you are experiencing is also from the medication, especially since you just increased your dose. I am hoping after time (as I adjust to it) that this tiredness will go away. As for now, I have to push myself harder to get to the gym, etc., but afterwards I feel alot better. Hope this helps.
