This is in answer to BLKVETTES's message. I had some sharp but short lived headaches when I first started Lexapro. I also had a bit of insomnia but one Tylenol PM pill took care of it. However I am only taking 2.5 mg of Lexapro for 4 weeks now - How long did you take the reduced dose of 5 mg? Maybe if you stayed on it or reduced again for a few weeks those bad SE would go away. I did not have the orgasm problem either - in fact I think my libido is a bit better. But everyone reacts differently which makes med choices so challenging.
