Lexapro sleepyhead

Started lex about a week ago, 5 mgs. Just bumped up to 10 mg. today.
I feel like a huge sleepyhead. I can't tell if I'm having PMS (sorry men), one of my weird-o painless migraine auras, or just Lexapro adjustment.
Anyone else get REALLY sleepy starting Lex? Like, it's my day off, and I really want to just lay around and watch tv all day, when I would normally be out hiking, at the gym, or socializing.
