Although i have quite odd neurology, and can scarcely be taken as a model for what might work...
I use Lamictal and Keppra, and Inversine PRN, and after i finally got my Keppra up to the dose i need to be taking (1500mg twice daily) i experienced some remission of Tourette's syndrome and obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
And LOTS of exercise, LOL, it does cause release of endorphins, serotonin, some other good stuff, and it decreases levels of noradrenaline... pretty good for OCD, i experience an increase in symptoms within a day or two if i can't get out walking for at least two hours every day.
