Morning 7am-8am
60 mg generic prozac
1 mg clonazepam
800 mg calcium
300 mg magnesium
10 mg zinc
1000 mg Vitamin C time release
CerealsAfternoon
Lunch (avoid high sodium, MSG, fast foods, soft drinks and snacks)
2 bananas served with ice (equivalent to 800 mg potassium and contains 5HTP-good serotonin booster)Evening 4pm-5pm
20 mg generic prozac

3 High Concentration Fish oils (1500 mg EPA + 900 mg DHA) - these are the weight of the EPA+DHA, not the capsules themselves
25 mg trazodone (for peaceful sleep)Have Plenty of Sleep and Rest
Go Swimming and do non-competitive exercises at least 2 times a week.
Use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
