The Maximin Pack comes in little packages which is much nicer than screwing around with a lot of vitamin bottles. The price isn't too bad either -
a month's supply (30 packets) for I think about $14.00, not bad compared to the price of medication!Okay I am looking on the box...each packet contains...damn need my glasses...okay, each packet contains -
1 balanced B-100 timed release vitamin
1 Vitamin C 1000 mg
1 Vitamin E 1000 IU
1 calcium 500 mg
1 pill with Vitamin A 12,500 IU & Vitamin D 800 IU
1 multivitamin/multimineral formulaSo 6 pills, not too bad if you're a whack job like me who is used to taking a lot of pills. Let me know if you want me to list the specifics of the B-vitamin pill and the multivitamin-mineral pill. I don't mind, if I'm not typing I should be cleaning up around here but I don't really feel like it. And it's WAY too hot to go back outside.
Do those Propel Fitness waters have calories?
