Hi Gracie, it seems like I always find something good in these posts I need to ask about lol. May I ask what is in the Nature Made Maximin Pack of vitamins you buy? I'm looking for a good multi besides Centrum which I just bought. You mentioned the Nature Made was good-I was just wondering. Also, I try to drink a lot of water too-how much do you drink? I buy those Propel fitness waters with Vit B's ,C, E and Potassium added-they're great. You see, I'm smart-but I like to see what others are doing and what works for them. You sound like you got it together girl!!! lol
Thank you,
gal

My own experience is that each time the dosage was raised, you feel very tired for a period of time. As your body adjusts to the medication, the side effects gradually fade. I've adjusted quite well to the 400 mg dosage I take every night and no longer feel sedated, but it does take some time.

For instance, I have bipolar disorder but had a poor reaction to the mood stabalizer Depakote, an effective treatment for many people with bipolar symptoms. Despite my poor response to Depakote, I would not presume to warn others away from this medication if a physician has prescribed it.
