always searching and searching for answers.. today I took down all mu self help books and just shook my head. Yes I have child hood issues but I need medication and finally I'm taking a stabilizer with my antidepressant. Sometimes I wish I could just express all that's inside me and sometimes I can't find the words. one day I flow like a poet others I'm a clam..lol
