Bipolar II

I am brand-new to this Board and would appreciate sharing information with other folks with Bipolar II diagnosis. I would like to know what medications they have found to be effective, etc.
I also have symptoms of Adult ADD. Some days it just all seems like too much to try to cope with. Have others found any behavior modification strategies that help? Thanks.
