** This is great, Bess, hopefully you will not have a bad time w/SE.
The worst was chest pain/pressure in the first two weeks. Now the main SE are slight dizziness and feeling sleepy (constant yawning).
** Bess - when do you take it, morning or evening? I started w/mornings but had the sleepy, yawning and was FALLING ASLEEP at 7PM! Started taking at 2-3PM and don't have that any more.
Also in the last week I've had new SE including jaw clenching and headaches (probably from the jaw clenching). \
** Bess, the jaw clenching is the only SE I still notice, it's not nearly as bad as at first. I noticed foods w/a lot of sugar gave me headaches during my first 2 mos. Now no problems w/sugar.
Strangely enough, I find it encouraging that the SE have changed over these past six weeks. It makes me feel that changes are still occuring with use of the Lex and there is still a possibility that I will get some benefit when I get to week 8 or 9. Not exactly scientific thinking but whatever it takes to keep me going
******* Bess - THIS IS GREAT! CHANGE IS GOOD! And just the fact that you write this is a very GOOD sign. If your Lex experience is similar to mine you should be pleased!! IT'S WORKING!!!
............the idea of having to start over with a new med, that may or may not work after months of use, is that much more depressing.
** Bess - my feelings EXACTLY!!! I was thinking the same thing at about the same time as you are. There is HOPE, hang in there a little longer, your SE's should lessen even more, and hopefully you will emerge as another Lex "BUTTERFLY"!!
