Hi Anna- I also have cyclothymia but I live in the states. That's weird that they don't believe in it. Here is what I take: 40mg Prozac, 300mg Lithium (is supposed to make the Prozac work better), and 50mg Seroquel for sleep. I was just diagnosed 2 months ago. I am still working on my meds with my pdoc. If you have any other questions, feel free. Good luck.
