I think I remember this being discussed a couple of years ago, too (cyproheptadine for SSRI induced anorgasmia). I can't remember the brand name, but I *think* the cyproheptadine is a drug that was used for PTSD in combat veterans. I think it also helps with SSRI-induced nightmares.

I may be mistaking it for something else.
