That will be (and already is) changing, however with a slow economy and companies slashing benefits. Look for higher deductibles and higher copay percentages, exclusive formularies, etc., in the coming months. Nobody is going to whine much and look for a different company to work for with superior benefits when your current job is threatened.---Mitch
