Hi, you should buy those capsules with HIGH concentrations of EPA and DHA eg. 360 mg EPA or 500 mg EPA. The 180mg EPA you've got is considered low dose. So you will have to take lots of fish oil capsules, which may not be desirable.Initial side effects will subside once you get used to the fish oils.
I take 5000 mg of EPA + DHA daily and my depression was almost gone in a week. This is the actual amount of EPA and DHA, not the weight of the capsules.
