I wish I could help more with the S/I issues-but I don't have any personal experience with that, just ADHD/bipolar/panic, etc. I have heard that S/I stuff often responds to meds that help PTSD. Topamax is one, and Zoloft is often mentioned. Have you tried Zoloft, Neurontin, or MAOI's?
