I've been on Serzone for about a month now and am thinking about going off. I don't think it has done much for my depression and the side effects have just been too much. I swear I'm stupid now, short term memory problems, and feel weak when working out, or my arms get tired even just blow drying my hair. I take Wellbutrin too. But, everyone is so different. Maybe the combo will work for you. There are lots of people who have done well on it too.
